Penelope is a 14-mile run from the Hogle Zoo to my home in the Sugarhood district of Salt Lake City, tagging the tops of Mt. Wire and Mt. Van Cott along the way. I killed Penelope on May 30, 2013:
Mimi is a 5.5-mile run (~4600 ft elevation change) from the BST access point near the Hogle Zoo to the top of Mt. Wire and back, ascending via the well-trafficked southwest ridge and descending via the prominent but less-trafficked northwest ridge. I killed Mimi on May 22, 2013:
Jada is a 6.5-mile run (~4,000 ft. elevation change) from the BST trailhead near the zoo at the base of Mt. Wire to the summit of Mt. Van Cott via the BST and the SW Ridge of Van Cott. I killed Jada on May 14, 2013:
Zoe Zuniceratops is a 15.0 mile run (~5600 ft. elevation change) from the “Sugarhood” district of Salt Lake City to the top of Mt. Wire and back again. I killed Zoe on April 25, 2013:
